The salary of a CNES postdoc does not depend on their experience (more specifically, the number of years since they obtained their PhD). The salary is defined uniform across all of France.
An important thing to keep in mind is that a CNES postdoc position comes with some additional benefits that other postdoc positions do not have, which needs to be taken into account when comparing to other postdoc positions, for example with CNRS. This includes a fully paid-for private health insurance plan (mutuelle), your public transportation being paid at 95% instead of the mandatory 50% only, and vacation contributions, among others.
Salary tables contain monthly brut salaries, and are sorted from the most recent to the oldest.
